A Model for Organizational Culture Transformation
The competencies, skills and behaviors of people together with their assumptions, values and beliefs represent key elements for achieving a company’s strategy. By managing these factors at individual and group level we can develop a culture that facilitiates, supports and finaly determines a good performance. In this way the management of organizational culture becomes critical for the management of organizational performance.
