Heidi Chocolats Suisse is one of the key players on the Romanian chocolate market with a strong positioning in the premium segment. In 2005 the company was part of Confiseur Laderach AG, a Swiss organization well known in its country for the premium pralines that it makes.

Lafarge Cement is one of the leaders of the Romanian cement market with operations is three plants (Medgidia, Hoghiz, Târgu Jiu) and headquarters in Bucharest. The company is part of the Lafarge Group, a worldwide leader in construction materials.

This is a good example of how to apply the Belbin Team Roles Theory within teams and across teams. It included a first training intervention and a follow up. The development of participants was facilitated by an individual evaluation done through self-perception and observers’ assessment that was performed at the beginning of the project.

SIAD Romania is the local subsidiary of the SIAD Group, one of the main European players in the field of industrial gases and technologies dedicated to a large variety of industries: from metal fabrication to petroleum, from chemical to glass manufacturing, from food and beverages to health care.

This is an example of Business Process Redesign coupled with the introduction of an ERP system. A good ERP solution comes with recommendations for processes, best practices and know-how and can be used as a source of inspiration for rethinking a company’s operations. However it is better to know what you want before acquiring such a system.

Process Engineering is a private Romanian company offering technologies and services dedicated to fluids filtration, separation, purification and water treatment. Its customers come from various industries like pharmaceuticals, food and drinks, oil processing, chemicals, power generation, water treatment.

A very good example of combining two training solutions in order to generate a coherent and integrated program for developing managerial skills. A project undertaken during a period of 4 months that implied a continuous involvement of participants and that included a multitude of methods for learning and application of new knowledge.

In this project we supplied strategy and financial management consulting services to an investment fund that aquired a romanian antrepreneurial company selling organic and bio food and supliments through a countrywide network of 23 shops⁽¹⁾. The company had a market presence of more than 8 years and was recognized for the quality of its products and its customer experience.

The overall objective of The Romanian Consumer Credit Market Project was to provide our client with macroeconomic, regulatory, industry, sector, competitors, products and market information that will allow its senior management to make a decision whether or not to enter the Romanian market as a consumer credit multi-broker. This project is a proof for our ability to research, analyze and present data related to a complex industry and sector such as consumer credit.
